Brewed the traditional way in Japan, then held to under 0.5% ABV. The same threshold most markets use to classify beer as non-alcoholic — and it still tastes like the real thing.

There's simply not enough alcohol here to build up over a night or carry over into tomorrow. Full flavour, without the weight of a real one.
